Startups bring agility, while government and large enterprises bring scale and standardisation. ndia’s AI adoption growing through startup innovation and government initiatives.
• The most urgent capability identified was AI-ready data literacy—the ability to generate, clean, govern, and interpret data. Leaders emphasized that without high-quality, interoperable datasets, even the best AI systems fail. Beyond technical ML skills, firms now need prompt engineering, domain-context problem framing, and ethical AI understanding to translate AI potential into measurable outcomes.
• Participants highlighted powerful examples: AI in precision agriculture, AI-led predictive healthcare, generative AI in content and design, and AI-powered fraud detection in BFSI. Globally, autonomous systems and AI copilots were cited as transformational shifts that redefine business models and customer expectations.
